Please, do NOT
leave negative or neutral feedback without giving us reasonable
opportunity to resolve any issue you may have with our product or
service (or lack of!). Customer satisfaction is very
important to us and we are ALWAYS willing to work out a problem. If
you leave less than positive feedback, then we will respond by doing
the same. If we had our way then we would never leave less than a
positive feedback, but sometimes we need a bit of time to resolve
certain issues.
A refund
requested, or help
needed may require input from multiple staff members before we get an
answer or an approval. Some of our personnel are not available seven
days a week. We realize the typical response to that is "hire more
people". Well, we have, and will continue to add new employees to
our growing business.
If you do leave us
a negative or neutral and you would still like to work out the
problem, GREAT! We will still resolve your problem but request
that your feedback first be removed thru the "mutual withdraw"
program on ebay. We will be HAPPY to remove ANY bad feedback on your
account and ours. We are a very active supply house, shipping hundreds
of products every week – all over the world. Some email responses
we send are late from the buyers standpoint and have been working
hard to fix that. Please, help us to keep your experience with us on ebay a
good one. Be patient and we will resolve all problems with polite,
reasonable people!
