When will I receive my item? Answer=
We make every attempt to ship within 7 days of receiving
payment. When we receive your payment it goes into the system and
then gets put on a "shipping list". The shipping lists typically get
created daily, and depending on volume of sales, your payment/product
will usually get put on a shipping list in the 7 day window as
mentioned above. When volume is low we DO sometimes get a product
out the same day it gets paid for, although that would not be
typical. There are several things that can currently make shipping
take longer. We are working to correct them all. Things that can
take longer than the 7 day time frame are larger items, sometimes
moving/packing requires 2 people or may require special packing
materials and much more care is required with heavy items. Also when
a pallet needs to be prepared it can take a bit longer. Frequent,
multiple emails asking about the status of your item actually ends
up with the opposite of the desired result. This takes up more of
the employees time, and prevents them from being able to focus on
packing your item. One other
flaw we have our in our system is that once in a while items are
not where they are supposed to be as far as the item location, this
can also cause delays. We are working to improve our storage process
and in turn become more timely with shipments.

with "CREDIT CARD PAYMENT" in the subject line and she will reply
with the info we need to process your payment. You also can call if
you want to pay by phone Tammy is available Tuesday thru Friday for
credit card payments. The other way to pay by credit card is thru
www.paypal.com and
www.westernunion.com

I buy an item I saw on ebay outright?
Answer= No, ONLY thru ebay. We will sometimes negotiate
a price and create a "Buy it now" for a customer but please don't
ask us to break US laws or eBay rules. We will not. |
