When will I receive my item? Answer=
We make every attempt to ship within 1 business day of receiving
payment. When we receive your payment it goes into the system and
then gets put on a "shipping list". The shipping lists typically get
created daily, and depending on volume of sales, your
payment/product will usually get put on a shipping list within 1
day of payment. When volume is low we DO sometimes get a product
out the same day it gets paid for, although that would not be
typical. There are several things that can currently make shipping
take longer. We are working to correct them all. Things that can
take longer than the 1 day time frame are larger items, sometimes
moving/packing requires 2 people or may require special packing
materials and much more care is required with heavy items. Also when
a pallet needs to be prepared it can take a bit longer.

payments does Bytefixx accept?
Answer=
We do accept paypal and credit cards and
Cash (for local pick-ups)
for all ebay purchases.
We accept
credit cards over the phone or through eBay
check out. The eBay check out is our
preference and usually quicker for getting
your item shipped. But should you have
trouble with the ebay check out just give us
a call and we can do it manually over the
phone Monday thru Thursday. The other way to pay by credit
card is thru
www.paypal.com. Also
for NON-ebay transactions, we DO accept
Money Orders, Cash (for local pick-ups)
and Wire transfers as ebays system does
not allow these payment methods. Please
include name, address and reference number on
all checks and money orders and make them
payable to "Bytefixx Data Storage &
Equipment".

I pick up my item? Answer= Yes,
WITHOUT a handling charge. Please make an appointment
within regular business hours.

Answer= Yes, we are always
looking for product at reasonable prices, we are also occasionally
willing to accept consignment items. email requests to

I buy an item I saw on ebay outright?
Answer= No, ONLY thru ebay. We will sometimes
negotiate a price and create a "Buy it now" for a customer but
please don't ask us to break US laws or eBay rules. We will not. |
