Are you having difficulty contacting us? There have been many spam (junk email) filters put in use with our ISP and many others. Some filters see ebay correspondence as spam and knock it down. This has prevented some email from getting thru. Email is not always as reliable as it should be. Some emails arrive hours if not days after they are sent and occasionally some don't arrive at all. So if you find that we are not responding to your emails, we probably are not getting them. If you continue to have trouble, email thru the auction page directly, this seems to work best. WE WOULD NEVER INTENTIONALLY IGNORE AN EMAIL FROM A CUSTOMER. Use the "ask seller a question" link in any of our auctions to contact Bytefixx or email us at ebay@bytefixx.com. We are proud of our feedback rating and Platinum Power Seller status and want our customers to be happy with their buying experience. We try to resolve all problems. Thank You. 

To contact Bytefixx, email is the best way to contact us, because then your inquiry can be sent to the proper person to take care of the problem/question. We have set  up necessary departments to suit your needs.

Primary email address is ebay@bytefixx.com. This would be for General Questions, Technical Questions, and Shipping Quotes, etc. Tammy will be reached thru this address she will forward emails to Todd, Lori or the applicable department if you are not getting an answer timely from them. It is also the address to make auction payments to.

Secondary email address is shipping@bytefixx.com. This Would be for tracking and inquiring about a package that has ALREADY BEEN "PAID" OR "SHIP QUOTED (if international or consolidated) AND PAID" Please don't inquire on tracking until 24-48 hours have passed since payment was sent. We do automatically send out tracking numbers thru UPS to all domestic UPS shipments. (remember- the email address that is associated with the payment is where the tracking number will go, if you use multiple email addresses things are not always sent where you want them). Anything other than "Paid-tracking" questions that are sent to this email address will NOT be answered

We are also working on questions@bytefixx.com. This will be for simple visual questions such as a serial number or better picture. Technical, shipping and payment questions will not be answered here. This is not set up yet, so any emails sent to this address will not be received. We will update here when it is working.

A last resort, with Negative feedback being the next step, email address would be sales@bytefixx.com. This is Loris email address. She checks it Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons only. She really is the last resort, and we request you exhaust all other options before emailing her. Thank you

Finally we are going to post, as a last, last resort, the phone number. In an effort to keep everyone's feedback positive, PLEASE ONLY USE THIS AS A LAST RESORT! It will not always be as effective as email. It depends on when you call. Because we are a home based business, people other than company employees may answer the phone. Chances are very good that you will have to leave a message. Tracking, technical, cost, availability, etc. employees will rarely be available by phone. Your message will likely get routed to the proper person thru a note just as our email works and they will call back or email back as soon as they can. The Bytefixx phone number is located in New Hampshire, 603-394-7344. Our hopes for the usage of the phone number is for customers who feel we are not getting their email.
